Myron Crossley

Myron Crossley brings decades of dedicated service to veterans and their families across New Hampshire and Maine. He has built a reputation as a trusted advocate, leader, and mentor within the veteran community. A proud leader within the American Legion, he currently serves as Vice Commander for the American Legion Department of New Hampshire and Senior Vice Commander for American Legion Post 47 in Rollinsford, NH, after previously serving five terms as Post Commander.
Passionate about developing future veteran leaders, Myron created and facilitates the New Hampshire American Legion College and is a graduate of the National American Legion College Class of 2023. He is also a committed “Be The One” suicide prevention facilitator and advocate, working to reduce veteran suicide and strengthen support networks for those who have served.
In his professional career, Myron serves as Supervisor for Continuous Training and Development for Lifting and Handling Operations at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard under the Department of Defense, where he oversees workforce training, operational readiness, and employee development. Prior to this role, he dedicated 16 years to law enforcement in New Hampshire before medically retiring following a line-of-duty traumatic brain injury. His lifelong commitment to public service continues through his active involvement with organizations including the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans.
A devoted husband to his wife Mary for 36 years, a proud father of two children, and grandfather of two grandchildren, Myron remains deeply committed to ensuring veterans receive the dignity, benefits, and support they have earned through their service. His connection to Vouchers for Veterans reflects his ongoing mission to strengthen the veteran community by helping veterans and their families access critical resources, stability, and hope.
