Morgan Morani
Executive Director

Morgan Morani is proud to lead the organization’s mission to honor and support veterans by increasing their access to fresh, local food. She brings experience in food access, community outreach, and nonprofit leadership, with a career dedicated to building inclusive, nutrition-forward programs that support overall well-being across New Hampshire and Maine. Prior to stepping into her current leadership role in January 2025, she briefly served as a board member for Vouchers for Veterans.
Morgan graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, a foundation that has informed her commitment to food access and community health. Her professional background includes more than seven years at Seacoast Eat Local, where she held multiple roles, including Community Engagement Programs Manager, Program Coordinator, and Food Access Intern. She led SNAP and nutrition incentive programs, acting as the Regional Lead for the Seacoast, and coordinated Seacoast Eat Local’s farmers’ markets. Her work also extended to the New Hampshire Food Bank, where she supported statewide nutrition initiatives. She is proud to have built strong relationships with local farms, markets, and food-access organizations, experience that directly fuels the success of Vouchers for Veterans in reaching and serving those who have served our country.
Morgan’s connection to this mission is deeply personal. Her husband is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and her family includes both veterans and active-duty service members. This lived experience drives her unwavering dedication to honoring veterans not only with gratitude but with tangible, respectful support. Through her leadership, Vouchers for Veterans continues to grow its impact, ensuring that those who served have access to the fresh, local food they deserve. In her free time, Morgan enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, their three young children, and their dog. She also loves cooking and preserving food, especially ingredients she’s grown herself or sourced from local farmers. Her lifestyle reflects the very values she brings to her leadership: community, sustainability, and honoring those who serve.
