Chuck Silva

Chuck Silva is a retired corporate attorney who lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire with his wife, Meg Moran. Before retiring as the General Counsel for Albany International Corp., headquartered in Rochester, NY, he crossed paths with Jeanne Grover, the founder of Vouchers for Veterans, as a frequent diner at Benedict’s Grill.

Chuck assisted Ms. Grover in incorporating Vouchers for Veterans and obtaining its status as a nonprofit organization. He has been on the Board of Directors since the organization was incorporated.
